| We cannot issue refund checks for appliances. We cannot give cash credits at closing, or upgrade appliances with an appliance company. If our appliances are not what the Purchaser prefers, upon writing the Contract for Sale, please deduct the appropriate amounts below from the sales price, and the Purchaser may obtain their appliances at any company of their choice. |
