Option A:  Print the form, fill it out and fax to the number shown.

Option B:  Look at the info we need.  Send a quick e-mail to the address shown and tell us your income,
your debts, and give us an idea of the house payment you feel you can afford.  We need your full name,
social security # and address to get your credit score.

See, not painful at all!  No big hour long form telling your life story.

Now what?  We work 7 days a week, all hours of the day and evening, and yes, weekends too.  Sometimes
we have folks sitting with us choosing their home, or we are out showing to other folks.  Either way, we are
around.  We will shop your loan and call you almost immediately.  You do not have to wait a week or a few
days.  Give us a few hours, and we will contact you and let you know what is going on.  

By sending us this form either by fax or by e-mail, you are giving us permission to shop for you a loan, and
for us to pull your credit to get your credit score.  Without this information we cannot begin to tell whether we
can help you or not.  Remember, NO money from you for us to do this!!!

We understand most folks who contact us have never owned a home
and have no idea what to expect, or where to start.  With that

can pertaining to credit and financing.  Many times we are hesitant to
give a "broad" idea of qualifying because there are soooooo many
factors to consider.  It is seldom cut and dried.  Many times if your
income is lacking but you have great credit, you could still get a loan.  
And visa versa.  Maybe you don't really have great credit, but your
income is substantial, yes, Lenders could still give you a loan.  
Just
because you don't fall into a certain pre-set criteria does not mean
you can't get a house.
 Right now, this time of year, all Lenders are
looking to make loans.  If you are even thinking, considering,
pondering.....  You NEED to try now while rates are low, and Lenders
are more lenient.  It is not our intent at all to try and scare anyone in
to getting a home.  We do however know this industry and this
business, and NOW is the time if you have been thinking about buying
a home.  Rules are changing everyday.  If you continue to wait, you
may not have the same programs available to you later on!
You do NOT have to have perfect credit, you
need to have fair credit, your OVERALL
situation is looked at.  We do not want to
give anyone false hope, or eliminate anyone
unnecessarily either.  Let US decide on your
loan.  Don't read something here and think,
"oh that doesn't apply or include me".  Give
us an honest chance to help you.
